To a question on aims and objectives of the state registration of real estate rights

Abstract

The paper reveals the need for standards in the Law "On State Registration of Rights to Real Estate" that embodies the goals and objectives of the state registration. In support of this need, the points of view of various authors on the basis of which the author articulates the goals and objectives of the state registration are given.
