Abstract

Тезисы посвящены основным идеям первой монографии о формировании космического государства как глобальной перспективной тенденции новой эпохи эволюции государственности, деятельность которой всё более распространяется на космическое пространство, а также развитию некоторых особенностей её реализации. Рассмотрены причины, признаки, возможные формы, условия трансформации структуры и функций, риски и перспективы развития космических государств в контексте эволюции человека и появления искусственного интеллекта. The theses are devoted to the main ideas of the first monograph on the formation of a space state as a global prospective trend of a new era of statehood evolution, the activities of which are increasingly spreading to outer space, as well as the development of some features of its implementation. The causes, signs, possible forms, conditions for the transformation of the structure and functions, risks and prospects for the development of space states in the context of human evolution and the emergence of artificial intelligence are considered.
